Serra Toyota Scion Values Your Shopping Experience

Not only does Serra Toyota Scion have the best quality and selection of vehicles, but we also strive to give customers the best possible experience. Come on down to see why so many of our customers leave great feedback, and why they come back year after year.

You know, car dealers are car dealers, they have a job to do and bills to pay, I know this before I walk in the door. But to be perfectly honest some dealerships are allot different than other differences, That's why I have bought 3 cars thru Serra Toyota in the 3 years they have been open, 1 new and 2 used for the kids Are they going to try to find you a car you love so you will buy it, sure they will. I still love my car and the kids car have had no problems with there's so I am happy, there just happy to have a car that always starts. Have I ever felt like I was strong armed, NO, did I ever feel like they were pushing me into a car I didn't want, NO, unlike other dealers I have been to. My very first visit there was to get work done on my old Toyota, they fixed her right, but the old boy served me well for a long time and I was due for a new one soon anyways, they showed me some new models while I was there and I ended up 2 months later coming back and buying a new one. They made a new car buying experience the best it could be, Thank you Nate

The 212 Scion XBs Showing Some Unique Style

Scion came out in full force at this years SEMA show, bringing two fully customized xBs with them. This version was made for snowboarders and skiers, and hosts a variety of gadgets, tool storage areas, and a Skullcandy sound system to boot. It may be a bit colorful, but if you're not quite done with winter, this one is definitely for you.

Scion's small cars are making a big statement at this year's SEMA show, as each of the two xBs bound for the Las Vegas show will appear at the brand's booth decked out from head to toe in aftermarket gear. Below, you'll find two colorful versions of the 2012 xB.
A Scion made for the slopes, Numeric is designed with snowboarding in mind, with gizmos and gadgets that are sure to make any snowboarder's dream come true - if they can live with the outrageous color scheme. For starters, the roof is designed to look like a Bern carbon-fiber helmet, complete with its signature brim. The windshield is patterned after Dragon APX frameless goggles, and Sparco-modified seats resemble Union snowboard binding high-backs. Dry gear door compartments decorate the inside, as do custom hangers and a boot rack. A snowboard tuning tool compartment and custom avalanche shovel are also included. Topping off this shred-tastic ride is a Skullcandy sound system, and colorful waterproof wrap that's designed to look like snowboard clothes.

Toyota Sales Up 12%

Toyota has had an excellent start in 2012 with a 12% increase in sales in February alone. Not only did the Prius sell very well with 20,593 sales, but Lexus and Scion both sold well over the estimated amount as well. Consumer confidence is high, and if gas prices continue to rise, Toyota is confident their line of hybrid cars will become a staple in the U.S.. Come by the dealership to learn why everyone is buying Toyota!
Asia’s largest carmaker reported yesterday that sales of Toyota, Lexus and Scion vehicles rose 12 percent last month, more than the 8.2 percent average of seven estimates compiled by Bloomberg. Prius sales, including the v wagon, were up 52 percent to 20,593, the highest in almost four years. The total for all Toyota and Lexus hybrids climbed 60 percent.
“They’re targeting 220,000 Prius sales,” said Alan Baum, principal of Baum & Associates, a provider of auto-industry analysis in West Bloomfield, Michigan. “Given the assumption we’ll have high gas prices into the summer, this looks like a reasonably good bet.”

Toyota: Dominating Consumer Reports' Top Picks!

Five Toyota cars have been named Consumer Reports' Top Picks! This is the first time in a decade that one brand has dominated the list by winning 5 out of 10 spots. Check out which cars won!

FAMILY SEDAN: Toyota Camry Hybrid ($29,052). In addition to its impressive 38 mpg
overall fuel economy, other high points include a comfortable ride; a roomy, quiet, cabin; fairly
quick acceleration; and for 2012, a nicer interior and somewhat crisper handling (although the
Camry is still no sports sedan).

SMALL SUV: Toyota RAV4 ($24,405 to $30,328). With a four-cylinder engine, the RAV4
delivers some of the best gas mileage in its class (23 mpg). The spirited V6 version accelerates as
quickly as many sports sedans and gets only 1 mpg less than the four-cylinder model.

FAMILY HAULER: Toyota Sienna V6 ($35,810). The Sienna fits the bill nicely for families
looking for a comfortable, roomy interior, plenty of features, and the ability to carry up to eight
people. Among its high points are lively performance, decent fuel economy (20 mpg), and a
comfortable ride, although the handling is rather lackluster. It's the only minivan that has at least
average reliability.

GREEN CAR: Toyota Prius ($26,750 to $28,217). The Prius sets the standard for fuel
efficiency, practicality, and affordability with its overall 44 mpg. Its roomy interior, comfortable
ride, and hatchback versatility make it easy to live with. The 41 mpg of the new Prius V wagon
easily tops its class.

FAMILY SUV: Toyota Highlander ($38,578 to $47,255). The refined, comfortable, and quiet
Highlander has consistently ranked near the top of its class in CR's road-test scores and has had
above-average reliability. The V6 version delivers a decent 18 mpg overall, and the hybrid model
tops all SUVs at 27.
